Transparent policies for subscription cancellations and refunds

Subscription Cancellation

Subscriptions are non-cancellable from the app interface. If you wish to discontinue, you may simply not renew at the next billing date. In exceptional cases, contact support.

  • In-app cancellation is disabled to prevent accidental loss of access
  • You can request discontinuation via support before renewal
  • Upon approved manual cancellation, access is downgraded immediately to Free
  • Your data remains accessible on the Free plan

Refund Policy

Pro Subscriptions:

  • Renewals are non-refundable
  • Refunds are generally not offered after access is granted
  • Exceptional refunds (fraud/duplicate charge) may be approved by support

One-Time Downloads:

  • No refunds after successful download
  • Refunds only for failed/duplicate charges upon verification
  • Contact support within 24 hours for issues

Refund Processing Time

Once a refund is approved:

  • Refunds are processed within 5-7 business days
  • Refunds are issued to the original payment method
  • Bank processing may take additional 5-10 business days
  • You will receive an email confirmation when refund is initiated

Non-Refundable Items

The following items are non-refundable:

  • Subscription renewals (after 7 days)
  • One-time downloads after successful completion
  • AI credits that have been consumed
  • Partial month/year subscriptions (except within 7-day guarantee)

How to Request a Refund

To request a refund:

  1. Email us at support@jd2cv.uk
  2. Include your account email and order ID
  3. Explain the reason for refund request
  4. Wait for confirmation (usually within 24-48 hours)

We will review your request and respond as quickly as possible.

Billing Disputes

If you notice an unauthorized charge or billing error:

  • Contact us immediately at support@jd2cv.uk
  • Provide transaction details and explanation
  • We will investigate and resolve within 7 business days
  • Unauthorized charges will be refunded in full

Changes to This Policy

We reserve the right to modify this cancellation and refund policy at any time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated revision date.
